ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
HEAL is a technology-led holistic health & wellbeing hub that offers its patients multiple therapies and treatments in a serene and friendly environment. For healthcare professions, HEAL provides a fully equipped and flexible working space for short to medium-term leases. The clinic is strictly operated by fully qualified and accredited practitioners spanning a range of medical/non-medical healthcare backgrounds.
What started as an idea to utilise prime high street retail space has quickly grown into a successful wellness clinic with three more clinics planned for 2025.
THE PROJECT INVOLVED
To support this rapid business expansion, including a growing number of locations, more practitioners and increasing clientele. The HEAL team decided to invest in technology to automate practitioner onboarding, property access management, appointment bookings using a centralised booking calendar, an online digital wallet to collect patient payments and dispense practitioner payments, real-time reporting and an intelligent CRM to support ongoing sales and marketing efforts
With more than 11 years of experience, Ennovision was shortlisted as the partner to deliver the first phase of this digitisation journey for HEAL.
As a part of this project, we built and delivered a secured web application, a mobile application (Android/iOS), a near real-time reporting dashboard and customised CRM in 12 weeks
