ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
The client is a well-respected homoeopathy doctor based in North West London. Since being in business, the client has had a physical store on the high street and has been facing multiple issues, including:
- Increased rent
- Increased business rates
- Increased cost of utilities
- Increased cases of shoplifting
- Not enough revenues to hire additional help when the client is in a consultation.
- People booking consultations on the phone and not turning up.
THE PROJECT INVOLVED
- Redesigning and rebuilding their existing website from Go-Daddy to Shopify
- Carefully categorising products for easy search and intuitive user journey.
- Integrating a consultation booking system. Allowing people to select a date and time slot, pay in advance for every consultation and get reminders prior to the consultation appointment.
- Integrating a payment gateway to allow payments to be taken from all major credit and debit cards, and Apple and Google pay.
